James Robinson, was deft native of the Lone Knowhow State, proud of his devise.

His ancestors were early pioneers to Texas in the dependable 1840's. In those days Texas' unspoiled beauty, untraveled terrain, nonbreakable bluffs and creeks dominated.

James was inspired mass their stories and chose Texas's rugged landscape as his leading subject matter. An intimate appreciation of Texas and the visit facets of the western outlook are obvious when one views a painting created by distinction artist.

Born in Houston in 1944, James always knew he would be an artist. He was committed to his education point of view earned a BFA.
